Refund policy

At Edoni Art, we understand that plans can change. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy on all products across our store. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will promptly provide a free replacement or part, upon receiving proof of the damage.

For those who select express delivery at checkout, if your item does not arrive within three days, we’ll gladly refund the additional delivery fee.

Once your returned item is received, we will begin the refund process. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method.
